At Hugsberry, our pieces are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong colour.

We want you to absolutely love your Hugsberry piece, so please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the issue

Once we review your request, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Size & Fit

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because an item doesn't fit as expected.

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, please compare our measurements with a sweatshirt you already own.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are sent into production shortly after purchase, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once production has started.

If you need to change your shipping address, size, colour, or another order detail, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at hugsberryco@gmail.com

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production.

Holiday & Seasonal Items 🎄

Our holiday collections are limited seasonal releases. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, seasonal and holiday items are subject to the same return policy above.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's processing time for the refund to appear on your account.
